Bala received her Masters in Arts and Bachelors of Law degree from Madras University. Bala has advised several public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and a whole gamut of corporate transactions and services. She also focuses on Intellectual Property Rights matters with the view to gain wide recognition in this field. She also has experience in patent drafting; prosecution and opinion work in the biotech, pharmaceutical, Engineering, software and medical devices arenas. Her strength is thorough knowledge of corporate law, International laws and other law related subjects. She is a Member of International Trademarks Association (INTA), U.S.A constantly updating her with latest developments by attending Seminars in India as well as WIPO, Geneva, Switzerland. She also Attended Special course on "Cyber laws" offered by the Bar Council of Malaysia, Kuala-Lumpur and also handles IPR matters country wide in India. She is also a visiting speaker on Patent rights to Engineering Colleges and various technical Institutions. |

Worked in the Life Insurance policy administration systems like Lifecomm 86, Vantage-One & Cyberlife. Knowledge about AWD (Automated work Distributor) & Commission system DSS 15.0. Experience in Legal and regulatory compliance on insurance including SOX, HIPAA, MIB etc. Also a certified DB2 V 7.0 DBA professional, understands the database requirements of systems,CRM,web application hosting knowledge management platformsand development environments. Well versed in quality processes and adhereing to SEI CMM level 5 standards. |

Senguttuvan Shanmugam ”Sam" is US – Country Head and has more than 15 years experience in the IT industry. His experiences include building up a off-shore software development center in India for a leading remittance software company based out of Blue Bell, PA. His expertise includes project management, product development and Product support. He has managed multi million dollar remittance projects for various organizations including government and fortune 500 companies in the United states. He has relocated to U.S in 1991.
Sam also has expertise in setting up processes for complex systems, extensively worked on environments which needed huge data, network and manual security. Sam is an excellent team player and also instrumental in launching innovative KPO solutions. His education includes a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Madras university and a M.S. in Computer Science from University of New Haven.
